This is a free self assessment from Made By Dyslexia, a charity led by dyslexic adults. It asks about how you think and where reading, spelling, and memory get hard. It is written for adults, so parents often take it about themselves first and recognize their own child in the answers.

What to do with your results

Ask your child's school in writing for a screening for characteristics of dyslexia. Alabama law gives parents that right.
